Our journey in the coffee industry began back in 2003 as baristas. Over the years, with the aim of enhancing our knowledge and skills, we invested in education and expertise, keeping up with developments and innovations from the global market.

Our love for coffee and our need for evolution beyond the boundaries of its preparation drove us to engage with the raw material. Gradually, we learned about coffee, how to process and roast it, managing to bring out its best aromas and flavors.

In recent years, we have been roasting our own varieties, which, apart from us, are enjoyed daily by our customers at our own spot. Thus, we have managed to gain the necessary experience to be able to select the best product throughout the entire journey, from the field to your cup.

The SUL DE MINAS region gifts us with the high-quality green grain of the variety CATUAI (yellow, red) which is developed at an altitude of 1100 meters. Ensuring a unique roasting method and highlighting the characteristics of the coffee, notes of chocolate, caramel, and nuts end up in the consumer's cup. Fruits and a long aftertaste. A sweet coffee ideal for starting the day as a freddo espresso or espresso/cappuccino.
